According to Hamilton’s summation, there is the presence for all free men to declare or state their grievances when anything/any action might have caused emotional/physical harm to them. There is the right of every free man to ensure that protests can be made publicly to inform the public about the reasons/causes of their grievances. Power-abuse is something against which all free men have right to speak/complain/protest against. There can be assistance taken from neighbors by all free men to participate in protests publicly. All free men also possess the right to ensure that liberty is tried to be restored.
